Information we use
The organizer adds your artist profile, photo, travel and booking details, hotel stay, work scope, vouchers, and contact information. When you accept an invitation, we record which artist page your account may open. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account ID, email address, and basic profile information to verify and link your account. We do not ask for access to your Gmail, Drive, or other Google content. If you choose a username and password, we store the username and a salted password hash, not the password itself.
How we use and store it
We use this information to show you your own festival arrangements, manage sign-in, prevent abuse, and record your Code of Conduct acknowledgment. Session cookies keep you signed in for up to seven days. Hashed network identifiers and sign-in events help limit repeated attempts. Organizer records and account bindings are held in a private Google Sheet; Vercel hosts the platform. Google provides the optional sign-in service and web fonts. Authorized festival organizers can view and update artist records. We do not sell your information or use Google sign-in data for advertising.
Access and requests
Your private page is available only to your linked account and authorized organizers. The organizer can revoke access by changing your page status. We keep festival records for event operations and related follow-up. To ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your information, email info@tallinnbachata.com. We will handle the request subject to any applicable record-keeping obligations.
